Bio
Pierpaolo directs ETERC from Paris, working closely with the UC Davis Institute of Transportation Studies in California and leading collaborative activities with local partners and stakeholders. He is also a Global Research Fellow at the Center on Global Energy Policy at Columbia University’s School of International Public Affairs. Prior to this, Pierpaolo spent more than 20 years working at the intersection of transport, energy, innovation and climate policy, at leading global institutions: the International Energy Agency, European Commission, United Nations, Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development, and the International Transport Forum.
